Descripton du poste et Missions

As part of Crosscall's international development, focusing on Public Sector and Defence verticals, you will support the development of strategic market/product line business plans and marketing programs to generate new users and revenue in designated market segments.

You will have to identify volume and strategic customers; develop partnerships, analyse market data to identify trends/opportunities, execute strategic direction as set by leadership, and creates compelling market analysis presentations.


 

Missions :

  • Develop relationships with Crosscall resellers based in the UK&I territory
  • Manage sales opportunities through the pipeline to delivery in partnership with Crosscall partners
  • Identifies and engages key strategic accounts within the region that align with the Crosscalls values and strategy
  • Provide leadership in the sales strategies, product strategy, solution, promotion programs, pricing for a variety of projects
  • Manage relationships with strategic end customers
  • New business development of Strategic end customers in Public Sector and Defence
  • May lead projects and represent Crosscall at functions and events within the designated region
  • Support and may own product and customer communications
  • Collaborate and regularly engage with senior level internal and external stakeholders. Partner with regional sales teams to identify new opportunities and entry to key accounts
  • Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments. Provides regular updates to manager on project/work status.

Profil recherché

You have a deep knowledge of the Public and Security defense industries and the telecom market (operators). 

As a skilled and ambitious "hunter" with a self-starter mindset, you have at least 5 years' experience, including 3 years in a similar position in the industry.

Knowledge of French is an asset.

You are dynamic, with excellent interpersonal skills, you act as a real leader with your stakeholders, with both innovative ways of looking at solutions and decision-making abilities.

You know how to develop a strategy in order to achieve targeted growth objectives.

Used to working in agile and autonomous mode, your determination, your ability to offer customer-oriented solutions, as well as your team player skills, will enable you to be a legitimate player.
